Cause Analysis:

1. High content of low boiling matter; 

2. Oxidative degradation of glue, containing acid and alkali


Measures:

1. The temperature and time must be guaranteed when vacuuming;

2. When removing low boiling substances from raw rubber, it is necessary to reach the process temperature and time to remove all acids and alkalis;

3. The use of additives should prevent acid and alkali, and ensure neutrality;

4. The exhaust of the oven for secondary vulcanization should be good to prevent oxidative degradation;

5. Use hardening agent.


How to solve the problem of unpalatable powder during mixing?

Cause Analysis:

1. Less dispersant;

2. The hydroxyl content in the dispersant is too low;

3. The molecular weight of raw rubber is high and the molecular weight distribution is too narrow;

4. Excessive branching of raw rubber chains increases the steric hindrance effect;

5. Poor equipment shear;

6. The addition of carbon black is out of proportion to the amount of additives;

7. The temperature is too low


Measures:

1. Add dispersant (most feasible);

2. The test results of the dispersant should be accurate;

3. The molecular weight distribution should be uniform, and the dispersant dosage should be adjusted;

4. Reduce chain branching and reduce steric hindrance effect (feasible, limited);

5. When feeding, add in proportion to the dispersant;

6. Properly increase the temperature (feasible)
