How to solve the problem of poor tear strength?
Cause Analysis:
1. The vinyl content of raw rubber is unreasonable;
2. Silica is thick and has a small specific surface area;
3. Immature vulcanization;
4. Glue is brittle
Measures:
1. Use polyvinyl silicone oil or use vinyl raw rubber to adjust the vinyl content (C glue, forming concentrated crosslinking points, appropriate and effective);
2. Replace silica filler, choose carbon black with large specific surface area and good performance, and replace with high-grade products;
3. Adjust the vulcanization dosage and vulcanization time;
4. Reduce vinyl, adjust with methyl silicone oil or low vinyl raw rubber. (the effect is not very good but effective)
How to solve the problem of spray frost?
Cause Analysis:
1. The release dose is large, and it is precipitated from the glue;
2. Silica and raw rubber are not fully infiltrated, and precipitate out during vulcanization;
3. The amount of white carbon black added is too large.
Measures:
1. Reduce the amount of release agent, or choose a release agent with better solubility (zinc stearate is used to make a hard masterbatch, and stearic acid is added directly);
2. Add coupling agent to ensure full infiltration of raw rubber and silica;
3. Increase the vinyl content of the compounding rubber.
